The Only 5 Eye Products You’ll Ever Need

Before makeup comes skincare, and Olay discovered that skin around our eyes ages earlier and faster than other skin on the face! In fact, the eye area can look up to 20 years older than skin on the rest of the face. As you know, I’m 25, and I honestly thought I had all the time in the world before I started ‘looking’ old. I mean why would I even think about wrinkles? Well, boy was I wrong. I’m already seeing slight fine lines, wrinkles and crows feet, they’re slight but they’re still there. My thought is, why not start taking care of my skin now to slow the aging process instead of waiting until its way past the prevention stage.

I, for one, have struggled with dark circles and eye bags (especially if I haven’t gotten much sleep) and I smile ALOT so crows feet are slowly creeping in. Now is as good a time as any to get ahead before real problems start settling in. 😮

Lately, I’ve been trying the products from the Olay Eyes collection and I must say, I’m impressed. These 5 products tackle the 5 most common eye aging concerns most of us women are struggling with: wrinkles and crow’s feet, dark circles, sagging and bags/puffiness. Each problem requires a tailored skincare solution, for best results and Olay’s got it! They can be layered or used alone to deliver instant results. Tackling them sooner rather than later is the key!

Here are my thoughts on each product and what it can do for you:

Olay Eyes Ultimate Eye Cream

This is my favorite of the 5! It’s the one I always reach for and carry along with me on trips. It has a 3-in-1 formula that addresses dark circles, wrinkles and puffiness. It’s very creamy and coral in color but once you massaged into the skin, it blends right in on every skin tone. I’ve been using this around my eyes in the morning and evening for the last few weeks and i’m already noticing a difference in my bags and dark circles. As soon as I put it on, the skin around my eyes already feels softer. It’s supercharged with peptides, and vitamins as well as Olay’s color-correcting technology to renew skins surface over time and reduces puffiness when massaged on to skin. You can find it here.

Olay Eyes Eye Lifting Serum

This is for sagging skin. You know when the skin around your eyes starts looking longer and you’re like ahhhhh! With this, your skin starts to feels firmer in as little as 2 weeks! It contains advanced amino-peptide complex, hydrates to plump sagging skin and renews the surface layers revealing newer, firmer skin around the eye area – so in other words, just what you didn’t know your sagging skin needed. Since the products are buildable, you can put this under the Ultimate eye cream for even more lift to the eye! From experience, I find that it absorbs fully and does not leave a sticky residue which makes it perfect for under makeup application. Also, apply morning and evening around the complete eye area! Find it here.

Olay Eyes Pro-Retinol Eye Treatment

This is for deep wrinkles. If you have crow’s feet (like me), this diminishes the look of them in just 4 weeks. It’s potent formula, with pro-retinol, helps restore the rate of surface cell turnover so wrinkles appear shorter and less deep. I use this most nights as part of my nighttime routine and its an easy thing to remember to do. I’m not gonna stop laughing anytime soon so I better get ahead of these crow’s feet now 🙂 Find it here.

Olay Eyes Illuminating Eye Cream

This is for those pesky dark circles that make people ask you if you’re sick, tired or both. It works to reduce the look of them within 2 weeks and instantly helps de-circle tired-looking eyes. The illuminating Eye cream has a distinctive dual swirl formula designed with a cream to deposit light reflecting pigments and a gel to moisturize with tone-evening ingredients deep into the skin’s surface. The consistency is really thick and feels like a souffle on your face. If you’re struggling with a little dark circle action, then this is your friend. Find it here.

Olay Eyes De-Puffing Eye Roller

I use this on a need-based basis. If I notice my eyes are looking slightly puffier than normal when I wake up then I just pull it out.  It ‘De-Puffs’ tired looking eyes and soothes skin to reflect awakened eyes. Guys, this stuff is the truth. It gives a cooling effect on contact and also gives your skin a really hydrated look.  It has 3 micro-rollers that you click 1-2 times to release the product. Massage under your eyes with the rollers for 30 seconds and you’re good to go! Find it here.

Perfect timing, as always! I was just wondering what I could use for my eyes. This week has been horrible for the skin around my eyes. Due to allergies, they were swollen for about 3 days. But now, since they’ve gone down, the skin is stretched, abnormally. It typically restores pretty well, but I was hoping for a little help, this time around. I think Olay might be the answer. My mom uses it, and now I have your suggestions, so I just might give it a try! Thanks girl!

I definitely overlook eye creams. Because of this post however, I will keep it as a priority. The presentation is also very appealing.
