I love finding new products that become staples in my beauty and skincare regimen. My skin is really sensitive and I usually know if a product will stay or go within a few uses. I got this new body wash and I can’t wait to tell you all about it! It’s the Olay Ultra Moisture Body wash in Shea butter.What’s new about it is the Lock-in-Moisture technology!
Olay Ultra Moisture was recently reformulated to eliminate the tradeoff between feeling clean and being moisturized. Now you can have both in one bottle! Now rather than having that coated feeling that some moisturizing body washes leave post-shower, my skin is light, soft and not at all dry! This advanced formula gives you long lasting moisture that absorbs to help treat dryness at the source.
I have really DRY skin that i’ve been dealing with it for as long as I can remember. Lotions, oils and it still persists especially now that it’s winter! Since I started using this body wash, I’ve started noticing a significant change in the way my skin feels. It’s great to have just 1 product that helps me feel clean while also moisturizing my skin.
How it works
Other body washes use tiny surfactants that penetrate the skin and end up leaving the skin dry from the inside out. Olay’s surfactants are larger and therefore stay on top of the skin’s surface lifting away dirt and cleansing the skin without drying it out. It also now includes Pro-Glycerin which is a naturally derived essence from sunflowers. This allows the moisturizers to penetrate faster and makes the skin feel and look ultra moisturized.
I don’t get that coated feeling that i’ve gotten from other body washes. Right out of the shower, I already feel how smooth my skin feels and I love it!
