“PASTELS FOR FALL, WHY NOT?”

Fall might be in full swing, but I’m still rocking my pastels. I absolutely love this pink coat. I wish I could have snatched every single Zara coat I saw online and stuffed them in my closet. But sadly, I can’t, so this one will do… for now I picked this adorable coat up 2 months ago during the Zara sale and it’s just the right amount of oversized to where I can pile on the layers if I want a warmer look, but also don’t feel like I’m drowning in it with a simple collared shirt underneath. There’s so much I can do with this; dresses, skirts, oversized turtlenecks, the ideas are endless. Let’s just say this isn’t the last you’ll be seeing of this beauty. I decided to pair it with my light blue American Apparel easy jeans and my gray and pink New Balances that I managed to snag from Urban Outfitters during one of their crazy sales. The sneakers trend is one that I completely embraced early last year. They really can be styled with anything from tailored suits to shift dresses and everything in between. Plus who doesn’t want to give their feet a break. Let me know what you think about pastels for fall. I know they’re primarily a spring/summer color but hey, I think pastels are prime wear anytime. xxx
