HOW DO I RECEIVE THE PRESETS?

Once purchased the presets will be sent to your email for download.

WHAT APP DO I NEED TO DOWNLOAD TO USE THESE PRESETS?

You will need to download Lightroom CC to your phone before installing these presets, there’s no charge!

HOW DO I INSTALL THESE PRESETS?

There is an installation guide included in your purchase and you can also read it here.

HOW DO I DOWNLOAD THE PRESETS INTO LIGHTROOM?

For Windows 

1. Open Lightroom

2. Go to: Edit • Preferences • Presets

3. Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder

4. Double click on Lightroom

5. Double click on Develop Presets

6. Copy the folder(s) of your presets into the Develop Presets folder

7. Restart Lightroom

For Mac 

1. Open Lightroom

2. Go to: Lightroom (Dialogue) • Preferences • Presets

3. Click on the box titled: Show Lightroom Presets Folder

4. Double click on Lightroom

5. Double click on Develop Presets

6. Copy the folder(s) of your presets into Develop Presets folder

7. Restart Lightroom

CAN I USE THESE PRESETS ON JPEG IMAGES FROM MY PHONE OR CAMERA? 

Yes, but for the best results  you should edit RAW images.

WHAT WILL INFLUENCE THE FINAL OUTCOME OF THE PRESET?

1. Location 

2. Lighting (indoor/outdoor, time of the day, clouds etc.)

3. Camera (all give their photos slightly different colors)

4. Camera Settings

5. Skin Tones

6. Whether you shoot in RAW or JPEG

WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN RAW AND JPEG IMAGES?

When shooting in JPEG, image information is compressed and lost. With RAW, no information is compressed so you're able to produce higher quality images.
